Welcome To Parability
Parability aims through its services to help create a totally inclusivity society which is without discrimination or barriers. We aim to support anyone who may be facing inequality of any kind.
In order to achieve this goal Parability aims to work with partners from the public and voluntary sectors to help them to become more inclusive but also support those services with a similar aims to ourselves.
Our team of dedicated volunteers aim to deliver tailor made services to help voluntary and public sector organisations and individuals which will help them participate on a level playing field.
We also have a term of work experience people who come to work with us at our base inside Basingstoke College of Technology. This gives the opportunity for students who may find it difficult to work in unfamiliar environments. Our Work Experience Supervisor is Early Years Practitioner Trained and has worked with people with special educational needs so we are able to support people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to complete their work experience. For more information see our Contact Us page.
If your business, charity, organisation or public sector services wishes to have a partnership with us, please see our Partnership With Parability page.
At Parability we believe in annually attend Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday to support all those whom help to keep us safe during times of war.
